How do quota tiers move to the next offer?

The condition for a tier to move to the next level depends on the trigger mode you selected in the campaign.

1. Trigger mode is Quota-based

If you select Quota-based in the Trigger Mode, you can set a Quota limit in the Tier Builder.

In this case, the tier moves to the next level once the quota limit is reached.

For example, if you set the Quota limit to 50 in Tier 1, then after users purchase 50 discounted products, Tier 1 will move to Tier 2.

2. Trigger mode is Time-based

If you select Time-based in the Trigger Mode, you can set a start time and an end time for the tier in the Tier Builder.

In this case, the tier is active only during the specified time period and moves to the next level when the end time is reached.

For example, if you set Tier starts at 9:00 on June 4, 2026, and Tier ends at 10:00 on June 4, 2026, in Tier 1, then when the actual time reaches 10:00 on June 4, 2026, Tier 1 will move to Tier 2.
