Why is my campaign not visible in checkout?
When purchasing a product, if the product does not receive the discount applied in the campaign, please perform the following checks:
Step1: Check the status of the campaign
In the app's navigation bar, select "Campaigns" and check whether the campaign status is "Active".
1. If the campaign status is "Active", proceed to the next check.

2. If the campaign status is "Ended", the campaign will not take effect. Please go to the campaign editing page and click the "Republish campaign" button to republish the campaign. After republishing, the campaign status will change to "Active".

3. If the campaign status is "Scheduled", this means the campaign has been published but has not yet become active. Please check again after the campaign starts.

Step2: Check the progress of the campaign
In the app's navigation bar, select "Campaigns" and check the campaign's progress.
If the campaign progress shows "All tiers full", this means the quota limit in the campaign has been reached, and the campaign will not take effect.

Step3: Check the product scope settings in the campaign
Go to the campaign editing page and select "Product scope".
Check whether the product in the product scope matches the purchased product. The discount in the campaign will only apply to products set in the product scope. If the purchased product is not within the product scope, the discount cannot be applied.
