How to create a Gift Card campaign?
You can follow the steps outlined in this document to learn how to create, configure, and publish a gift card campaign, and launch your first gift card campaign in your store.
Step 1: Create a Gift Card campaign
1. On the homepage, you can click the Create campaign button in the first step of the Quick guide to navigate to the create campaign page.
Alternatively, you can select Campaigns from the app's navigation bar, and on the Campaigns page, click the Create campaign button to go to the create campaign page.
2. On the create campaign page, you will see three tabs: Basic info, Gift card value, and Review and save.
3. In Basic info, you need to set the Campaign name, Trigger type, and Send timing.
In Trigger type, different options correspond to different settings.
For example, when Order amount is selected, a Minimum order amount input field will appear. Please note that the currency unit is the one used in your store. For instance, if the currency unit is USD and you enter 100 in the Minimum order amount field, then the gift card will be sent to users only when they purchase products worth USD 100 or more.

4. In Gift card value, you need to set the Currency, Redemption currency, Initial value, and Expiry date.
Currency defaults to the currency unit used in your store. You can also change it to another currency, which will determine the currency denomination of the gift card.
Redemption currency defines the market scope in which the gift card can be used. If set to All currencies, the gift card can be used in all markets. If set to Issuer currency only, the gift card can only be used in the currency set under Currency.
Initial value is the value of the gift card, and its currency unit can be set under Currency.
Expiry date is the validity period of the gift card. The default is 5 years, but you can modify it according to your needs.
5. In Review and save, you can preview the current campaign settings.
After completing all settings, please click the Save button to save the campaign.
Step 2: Publish the gift card campaign
After completing Step 1, you will return to the Campaigns list page. You can click the Publish button to publish the gift card campaign you created.
Please note that campaigns can only be deleted while in the Draft status. If you have published a campaign, it cannot be directly deleted. If you no longer need the campaign, you can click the Pause button to unpublish it. After unpublishing, the campaign will no longer take effect.
Step 3: Enable the theme extension
Return to the app's homepage. In the Quick guide, under Step 2: Enable the theme extension, click Open theme editor.
After clicking, you will be redirected to the theme editing page. You can add a Gift Card Campaigns block at your desired location. The content of the gift card campaign you created will be displayed in this block, making your campaign more visible and clear to users.
